Service Description
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel exhausting—you don’t have to do it alone. This Parent Coaching Membership provides warm, practical, neurodiversity-affirming support for families navigating autism, ADHD, PDA, dyslexia, dyspraxia or 2e profiles. Each month you receive 50-minute online sessions plus WhatsApp check-ins for quick “this just happened” questions. Together we build routines that stick, add executive-function tools (planning, task breakdown, time blindness supports), and create sensory-aware strategies for transitions, after-school overload and meltdowns. You’ll get simple communication scripts to reduce power struggles, practice co-regulation and pacing, and—when helpful—plan school collaboration. Everything is strengths-based, consent-first and shame-free. Coaching only (educational, skills-focused). Not therapy, diagnosis or medical/mental-health treatment. For monthly membership there is a 3-month minimum, then cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice · No rollovers (unused sessions expire at month-end)
Cancellation Policy
Parents Coaching – Terms & Conditions These terms apply to all parent coaching services with Dr. Yasi Herbich (Diversity Whisperer). By booking, you agree to the following: 1. Single Session Payment due at booking. If late, session still ends on time. Cancel/reschedule free ≥24h before. <24h/no-show = charged in full. Session counts as delivered at its scheduled start. 2. 4-Session Bundle Pay upfront; valid 2 months from booking. No rollover. You are responsible for scheduling within this time. Cancel/reschedule ≥24h before. <24h/no-show = session used. Late arrivals: session ends on time. Unused sessions after 2 months are forfeited. 3. Monthly Membership Includes 3 sessions/month + WhatsApp support. Fair use: short check-ins/clarifications; replies within 24h weekdays; not evenings, weekends, holidays, emergencies, or daily chat. Fees billed monthly; min. 3-month term. After that, cancel anytime, effective end of billing month. Sessions must be used within the month; no rollover. Cancel/reschedule ≥24h before. <24h/no-show = session used. Non-payment may suspend membership. 4. Coach Availability Short breaks may occur (e.g., summer/December). Notice will be given. Membership sessions can be scheduled around or shifted if overlap is significant. 5. Respect & Termination Mutual respect is required. Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior may lead to immediate termination. Remaining sessions or fees will not be refunded. 6. Privacy & Boundaries Coaching is supportive, not therapy or crisis care. WhatsApp communication is private and handled securely. Messages are not shared beyond coach–client communication unless safety concerns require disclosure.
